Payments

Payment is collected securely during the booking process unless otherwise agreed upon. Fees for mobile notary services may vary depending on location, document type, travel requirements, or appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled prior to the scheduled appointment time. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Mobile Service

Neat and Clear Notary Services, a part of Neat and Clear Notary Services LLC, provides mobile notary services at agreed-upon locations throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Travel availability may vary depending on scheduling and distance.

Limitation of Liability

Tyric Douglas Mobile Notary is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documents, missing identification, signer availability, traffic conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
